Keisha Stevens is passionate about helping individuals, leaders, and organizations unlock their potential and achieve their goals. With a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and over 35 combined years’ of professional experience in human resources leadership, business executive and leadership coaching, countless individuals and organizations have and continue to benefit from her expertise through creating meaningful change in their personal and professional lives.
Prior to founding Lucent Coaching, Keisha worked as a business executive with human resources expertise – “the people business”. She used her understanding of industrial and organizational principles and theories to focus on human behavior in organizations and the workplace to improve organizational performance and productivity, as well as enhancing the well-being and job satisfactions of employees. Those opportunities have cultivated and sharpened skills necessary for coaching and developed a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that individuals and organizations face. With unwavering commitment, staying prudent to successful nuances surrounding coaching techniques and methodologies ensures that clients receive the highest quality coaching services.
